Q: What is your subscription cancellation policy?

A: You may cancel your subscription at any time after completion of the original duration purchased (I.E. three months, six months, one year). Requests to cancel prior to completion of the original duration will be assessed a cancellation fee equivalent to two months of subscription.

Q: How do I cancel my subscription?

A: Please send an email to team@roamhunt.com with your request. Cancellation requests must be submitted prior to billing of the monthly subscription amount, which typically occurs on or around the 5th day of a calendar month. If billing has occurred and the subsequent box has shipped, your cancellation will be effective for the following month. If billing has occurred and the box has not yet shipped, your cancellation will be effective for that month less the requisite payment processing fees for the refunded monthly billing.

Q: When do I get my first subscription box?

A: Subscription boxes are mailed on or around the 20th of a given calendar month. Depending on the date of subscription enrollment, you may receive the current month's box or your first box may begin with the subsequent month. Due to timing of events beyond our control with shipping and logistics, the cut-off days may vary slightly; however, the general monthly timeline will be:

  • Subscriptions purchased between the first and tenth (1st and 10th) of the month will have their subscriptions begin in that same month.
  • Subscriptions purchased between the eleventh and twentieth (11th and 20th) of the month will result in an outreach from Roam Hunt Company to provide details on subscription start date.
  • Subscriptions after the 20th of the month will have their first box ship with the following month, or upon request, may be sent an initial box for a specified delivery date (Ex. birthday, holiday, etc.).

Terms:

Roam Hunt Company will make an earnest attempt to resolve any product, billing, shipping, or service inquiry. Because of the nature of subscription box services and the associated logistics, no guarantees are expressed with respect to delivery timeliness or delays caused beyond Roam Hunt Company's control.

Product warranties are expressed solely by the manufacturer themselves and Roam Hunt Company is unable to guarantee direct replacement or repair of defective items within the manufacturer's warranty period, if applicable. Defective, replacement, or repair item inquiries must be directed to the manufacturer.

Items damaged during shipment should be directed to Roam Hunt Company and must be done within 72 hours of box delivery. Any and all replacement items may be subject to stock levels due to the nature of subscription box services; Roam Hunt Company reserves the right at its discretion to replace an item with like-kind value. 

Because of variations across manufacturers, Roam Hunt Company is unable to guarantee clothing or item sizing for proper fit, and therefore, unable to offer sizing exchanges.

Retail box value will exceed the price paid for purchase, using MSRP and/or MAP guidelines set forth by each manufacturer. Roam Hunt Company does not price match or adjust box value based upon competing retailer regular, sale, or clearance prices, or prices which are outside of manufacturer guidelines.
